Your data, explained clearly
We collect only what is reasonably needed for accounts, licensing, commissions, claims and security, and we do not sell personal data.
You may request access, a copy, correction, restriction of collection or use, and deletion where applicable.
Production payments are disabled, and NOIRMO does not currently collect or store full card numbers on the website.
1. Data controller and contact
NOIRMO is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact noirmott@gmail.com or use the contact page for privacy, account or security questions.
2. Purposes of collection
Data may be used for registration and authentication, account management, saved works, musician applications and review, uploads, licensing and download administration, commissions, support, rights claims, payments and accounting once enabled, fraud prevention, security, service analysis, legal duties and dispute handling.
3. Categories of data
Data may include names, stage names, email, phone or other contact details, avatar, language, account identifiers, authentication records, IP address, browser and device information, activity and error logs, saved works, licensing and commission information, works and rights metadata, contributor details, AI disclosures, claims and correspondence. Payment providers may later supply transaction status, amount, currency, order number and payment-method type; full card data is generally handled by the payment provider.
4. Period, region, recipients and methods
Data is used for the life of the account or service relationship and as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal duties, disputes or rights protection. It may be processed in Taiwan and in regions where hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, security, support or payment providers operate. Recipients may include authorised NOIRMO personnel, processors, relevant rights holders, competent authorities and parties needed to perform a contract or resolve a dispute. Processing may be automated or manual.
5. Choice and consequences
General browsing does not require an account. Some data is necessary to create an account, verify identity, review a work, issue a licence, complete a commission or handle a claim. If required data is not provided, NOIRMO may be unable to provide that service.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, supplementation or correction, cessation of collection, processing or use, and deletion. NOIRMO may verify identity and may retain data required by law, contracts, fraud prevention, rights protection or disputes.
7. Cookies and technical records
Necessary cookies, local storage and similar tools may support sign-in, language, player preferences and security. IP, device, browser, request time, page and error records may be used to operate, secure and improve the service. Any future non-essential tracking will be explained or offered with choices where required.
8. Processors, international handling and third-party links
NOIRMO may use Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel for hosting and deployment, and email or other necessary providers. They may process data outside Taiwan under their own terms and safeguards. Third-party links are governed by the third party’s privacy practices. NOIRMO does not sell personal data or disclose it for unrelated independent marketing without notice or a lawful basis.
9. Security and incidents
Reasonable access controls, transport protection, environment separation, logging, backup and related safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No online service is absolutely secure. NOIRMO will assess and respond to a personal-data incident and provide notice where required.
10. Minors, retention and updates
Users under 18 should provide account, work, commission, claim or payment data with a legal representative. Retention varies by purpose and legal need. Account deletion may not remove existing licences, public records, required accounting or claim records. Material policy changes will be announced and apply from the stated effective date.
